2024 Old town Art Fair Requirements
Submissions:
What Artwork can be Submitted?
All artists are welcomed and all artists will be considered for the application process!
Old Town Saginaw Art Fair will only accept work from artist that is original. Artwork has to be non-commercial and created by the artists themselves. Examples of artwork that would be accepted are as:

- Paintings
- Drawings
- Ceramics
- 3D Art
- 2D Art
- Sculptures
etc…

Arts that are hand-made, put together, or crafted in a way. Artwork has to be original and your own.
Submit 2 photos of your artwork and 1 photo of the booth display for this art fair show.
Registration/ Booth Payments & Submissions:
Follow these instructions to register and for booth types.
- Pay the Non-Refundable $25.00 registration deposit. You can find registration payment here. *(Last day to register is March 30th, 2024).
- Select your booth type here. *(Booth Payment is due by April 26th, 2024).
- After your $25.00 Registration Deposit, email 2 photos of your artwork and 1 photo of your booth setup to: originaloldtownsaginawartfair@gmail.com
Registration Information & Fee:
The Non-Refundable registration deposit fee to Old Town Saginaw Art Fair is $25.00.
*LAST DAY TO REGISTER: March 30th, 2024.
Booth Information & Fees:
- Single Booth: 10′ x 10′ = $75.00 ($25.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee + $75.00 Booth Fee = $100 Total)
- Double Booth 20′ x 10′ = $150.00 ($25.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee + $150.00 Booth Fee = $175 Total)
*Booth payments are due by April 26th, 2024.
- It must include 2 clear viewable images of your artwork.
- A photo of their booth setup and display.
*(Booth/ Tents MUST BE WEIGHTED when at the art fair).

Setup Times:
You can arrive at 7am on Thursday, June 6th to begin setup.
Early setup is available on Wednesday, June 5th after 7pm with advanced notice, but please note that security is not provided.
2024 Art Fair Event Dates
- Thursday, June 6th: 10:30am – 6pm
- Friday, June 7th: 10:30am – 5:30pm
Artists Awards:
There will be awards given for the following:
- Best of Show: $800
- 2nd Place: $500
- 3rd Place: $300
- Honorable Mention: $200
- Honorable Mention: $200
- Honorable Mention: $200
- Honorable Mention: $200
- People’s Choice: $100 + Gift from The Samuel S. Carter Family and Shaper’s Salon & Day Spa
Artists Amenities:
There will be amenities provided for artists such as:
- Extensive Marketing through partnerships, local businesses, media outlets, other artists in the community.
- There will be free vehicle parking available close to event spaces.
- There is easy unloading space for setup for tents, displays and more.
- There will be FREE morning snacks and coffee refreshments provided during setup.
- There are restaurants, shops, and more in Old Town.
- Restaurants that will deliver to your booth.
- Booth Sitters: Have to go to the restroom? Need to get a drink? We got you covered!
- Overnight security will be provided. You may leave your booth up overnight.
*(Any art or display left up is at the artist’s expense. We are not liable for any theft, damage, or issues for items left out overnight. Please secure your items and display at your own risk for overnight. Please make sure to cover items, or prepare booth for weather situations).
Event Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Registration fee of $25.00 is a Non-Refundable Deposit.
